PIC has two types of printing, Rotogravure & Flexographic.
- Rotogravure Printing:
Italian gravure printing presses to print different kinds of materials including PE, PP ,PET & Aluminum foil, up to 7 colors to meet customers needs in the local and regional markets.
Both of our gravure printing presses with precise register control and high level of efficiency during short, medium & long run.
Thanks to the latest state of the art electronic shaft drive system and the auto length also the side register control.
- Flexographic Printing:
Flexo printing presses, to print different kinds of materials including PE, PP, PET, and Alu. foil to meet customers' needs up to 6 colors.
Stack type is special for printing Alu. foil for pharmaceutical sector. in addition to Central Machines.
all of our flexo printing machines are equipped with tension cont. system, auto length, side register and maintained to meet customers' needs.
Laminating
Laminators to produce different laminates to meet customer & market needs including:
2 Layers lamination (BOPP/CPP/MLZ ... etc)
3 Layers lamination (PET /Alu. /PE ..etc)
our laminators are equipped with very high level weight accuracy & register cont. system.
Slitting
Slitters to produce different sizes of slitted rolls.
Different rolls width from labels with small width up to 100 cm rolls.
Different rolls diameters from small diameters 12 cm up to 60 cm. according to customers needs.
Different core diameters 3 inch & 6 inch according to customer needs.
Different materials, including labels, Alum. foil, printed & non-printed laminates.
Bag Making
Bag Making machines to produce different sizes of bags from small size bag (10*10 cm) to big size bag (150*175 cm).
Our bags materials (LDPE, HDPE, OPP,....etc).
Our bags types can be regular such as (Trash bags, food bags, self-cord trash bags) or it can be shopping such as (grocery bags, boutique bags, restaurant bags) and center seal bags.
Our bags can be printing or unprinted.
Blow Film
Extruders to produce blow film rolls that can be transparent or colored, tube or sheet.
Roll width can be from 15 cm to 145 cm.
Roll thickness can be from 40 micron to 250 micron.
Our machines use different combinations of material such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE to serve the customer needs.
Blow Molding
Blow molding machines to produce several shapes and sizes of bottles.
Some of our products are edible oil bottles (2 Ltr, 2.25 Ltr, 2.5 Ltr, 2.7 Ltr, ....., 3Ltr), Hygienic and detergents bottles (0.750 Ltr, 0.900 Ltr, 1.0 Ltr, 1.4 Ltr), also we can offer a complete new design in accordance with our customer' requirements.
Our production materials is HDPE that approved as safe for food and beverage contract by the FDA.
Injection Molding
Injection molding machines to produce several shapes colors and sizes of products.
All of our products are shaped and formed as per customers' requirements such as (Caps, jars, buckets, lids, etc).
